Just In Time (JIT)
JIT is Pioneer's ability to get the goods to your plant, your customer's manufacturing line or warehouse when it's needed, without your company having to carry excess inventory. Pioneer will inventory your goods and get them to the proper destination JUST IN TIME.
Cross-Docking
Shipments that are generally pre-sold and come in and out within 24-48 hours. These shipments require handling only; when Pioneer processes these goods, it frees up your personnel and building space.
Car Pooling
This service goes hand in hand with Cross-Docking. When truckloads arrive at the warehouse Pioneer's personnel unload the goods, break them down into individual orders and ship them out to your customers. This eliminates multiple LTL shipments from point of origin and better utilizes truckload quantities. This all takes place within 24 hours and goods are delivered to the final destination the next day.
Assembly, Packaging and Labeling
Pioneer has the ability to perform assembly, packaging, shrink wrapping and labeling services. Use our building, labor and equipment to assist your operation to run less expensively and more efficiently within your specifications.
