Built in 1984, this building is a135,000 ft2 steel structure with 28' ceilings and 13 doors. Storage is ambient temperature, food grade racked storage.

Location 2: 4472 Steelway Blvd North

This heated brick structure contains 372,000 ft2 of racked food grade storage with 24' ceilings, 32 doors, and 16 rail doors.

Location 3: 241 Farrell Rd.

This heated brick structure contains 300,000 ft2 of racked food grade storage with 27' and 34' ceilings, 12 doors, and 12 rail doors.
